As a CDPE, I assist homeowners who can no longer afford to make their monthly mortgage payment due to financial hardship. There are at least 16 defined hardship categories recognized by US financial institutions. Financial institutions work in partnership with CDPE's to lift the financial burden from homeowners who seek assistance and are motivated to resolve their hardship. My assistance is free to the homeowner, who should never pay a fee for hardship resolution. A Broker Price Opinion takes the mystery out of pricing a house you want to sell or a home you would like to purchase. Real estate professionals with the BPOR designation have the knowledge, skills and education to accurately price any property. By evaluating the property, location, neighborhood statistics and market trends, a BPO will give you the confidence that the resulting listing or purchase price is not left to chance.
As a Realtor in Miami, my practical experience in real estate is augmented by my use of statistical analysis of the market. Every day thousands of properties in South Florida are moved into or out of the active market. Some are new listings, others sold and/or closed and yet other listings are cancelled, terminated or expire.
